We collect the information you enter in the application, your proof of status, and the technical data required to verify your eligibility. We use this information to verify your current status and submit your application to Miles & More. Further information is available in our

During verification, you select a single browser tab to share. Stat Sync reads your full name, airline program membership number, and current status from that tab and compares them with your application. Screen sharing stops automatically once all three details have been verified. You may also stop sharing at any time using your browser controls. Stat Sync cannot access other browser tabs, applications, or your full screen.
Your proof shows that you can access your frequent flyer program account and that the current status displayed there matches your application. We never store your password and we never see your whole desktop. Verifying the information at its source helps us identify altered documents and protect the integrity of the offer.
We need to see three details of your membership, and one screenshot from your airline app usually covers them all:
